Create a beautiful legacy.
The Birches on Maple, in partnership with the Tanner Health Foundation, offers a limited number of designated trees, benches and features for commemorative naming opportunities within our beautiful community campus. Whether you choose to use your family name, the name of your organization or wish to honor and memorialize someone special, the commemorative naming program is a meaningful way to support greenspace development and the greater community through the Tanner Health Foundation.
A natural connection to wellness.
By donating to our community legacy program, you’re helping enhance and encourage benefits provided through public access to greenspace, which include: improved air quality, enhanced mental and physical health, promotion of physical activity, connection to nature and opportunities for community engagement.
