Residents who reserve an independent living cottage at The Birches on Maple will become members of the Founder’s Club and receive a number of benefits upon moving in.

Exclusive Club Benefits:

Benefit 1: Two-year rate lock

Benefit 2: $2,000 one-time community fee waived

Benefit 3: $500 moving allowance with a senior moving company

Benefit 4: Ten complimentary guest meals

Benefit 5: Refer a friend, double promotion!

Refer a friend within the first six months of your residency and receive $1,000 referral credit after they live with us for 90 days (normally $500). Your friend also receives $1,000 after 90 days. (Credit applies toward resident’s fourth full month after their move-in date).

HOW TO JOIN:

1. Call our sales office and just say “YES!”

2. Fill out the Reservation Agreement and provide a $500 deposit (applied to your first month’s rent and fully refundable if you don’t move in).

3. Choose your preferred floor plan and location for your cottage, apartment, single or studio suite.

4. Move in within 30 days of community opening in the Fall of 2024.

5. Start living life to the fullest!
